Loop

Terms of use

The rules for using Loop, and what you and we agree to.

Last updated 29 October 2026

The short version

1. Agreeing to these terms

Loop is made and run by RAFTZUM LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Loop you agree to these terms and confirm you have read the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Loop. If you use Loop from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply between you and us.

2. Who can use Loop

You must be at least 18 years old, and allowed by law to use Loop where you live. You may have one account, it is for you alone, and you are responsible for what happens in it. Keep access to your email safe, since sign-in codes are sent there.

3. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive people

Loop is for friends. You must not post, send or share anything, or behave in any way, that:

We have zero tolerance for this. When we find it, or it is reported to us, we act within 24 hours: we remove the content, and we may suspend or close the account that posted it, without warning. Intimate images shared without consent are removed within 48 hours of a valid request.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report a message, a photo or a person from inside Loop, and block anyone from their profile or a message. A blocked person can no longer message you or see you, and you leave each other's one-on-one chat. You can also write to us through the help page, including to ask for an intimate image of you to be taken down.

5. What you share

You keep ownership of what you share in Loop. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and show it, only to run Loop for you and the people you share it with, and to keep Loop safe. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it.

6. Things Loop is not

7. Our service

Loop is offered free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that content will never be lost. We may change, pause or end features, or Loop itself; if we end Loop, we will tell you in advance where we can and give you a way to download your data.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, Privacy and safety, Delete my account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. If you think we got it wrong, write to us through the help page.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for what other users share or do, or for loss of data, and our total liability to you for any claim about Loop is limited to 100 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. This page will show the new date, and if a change matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Loop after that, you accept the new terms.

11. Contact

Write to us through the help page, or in the app: Settings, then "Report a problem".
